Pendrive Boot with Ubuntu 8.04

. We will create our UbuntUSB of this other Manar: Eligibility: An ISO image installing Ubuntu 8.04. A Pendrive


at least 1GB capacity . UB8convert to dump the ISO to Pendrive (
link). A Team
with Windows
to prepare the PenDrive.



Create the Pen:

1 .- We connect the pendrive to the computer and format it: My Computer -> USB Drive -> Right -> Format.

2 .- Download the application

, execute it and click on Extract

• . Create a folder called Ubuntu8

• 3 .- We unloaded the
ISO of Ubuntu 8.04
• and copied into the folder Ubuntu8 .
  

4 .- We entered the
Ubuntu8 folder and click on the file

5 .- Once finished, enter the USB-Ubuntu folder

and copy all files and folders that are there, at the root of the Pen.

6 .- Let the Pendrive and run the file makeboot.bat . This will open a console of MS-DOS

script. This will become the bootable Pendrive in . (If you give us a write permission error, we have to worry. Finally we say that it has successfully generated)
