How To Take Off A Moped Exhaust

grid spots on marble

When we have a piece of old marble, the most frequent presenting numerous spots.
In our case, it was a piece of white marble, with numerous dark spots and some yellow.
Looking for information, we find that for this type of white stones is generally not recommended the use of acids such as vinegar and lemon mixture, it is best to use bleach or a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water in case of stains resistant. These solutions are not recommended for variegated or colored stones.
If using bleach, wash the stone with a smooth mixture of bleach and distilled water to 2%. After applying this marble should rinse with clean water.
If the stains are tough, like ours, you can use a mixture made with one part hydrogen peroxide-hydrogen peroxide 100 volumes, three parts water and one drop of ammonia. This solution is applied to the marble and rub gently with a cloth - always use gloves and goggles in the process, and then rinsed with clean water.
Our experience was that, while not missing any spots, especially the darker, if greatly improving the surface appearance of marble.

Here we show some photos to see the effect of this process
