Happiness (2)

Happiness could be defined as a mental state of wholeness and inner peace in harmony with our environment.

Happiness implies acceptance, autonomy, balance, confidence, flexibility and detachment, with no dependencies and addictive habits that enslave our emotions and condition our behavior. Thus, happiness is the result of freedom and the option of being yourself, doing things the heart and not because we feel obligated to carry out a social role determined to please and be approved, leaving aside what we want most to feel comfortable with ourselves, always with respect for us and for others.

breathe in happiness with our circumstances, feeling like every time we expanded into Serenity of being, strengthening us in adversity and know ourselves in overcoming obstacles, inevitable consequence of progress in changing.

Happiness can be and let be, let flow flow and accepting yourself and others in complete confidence at the moment, fleeting and ephemeral, and shedding the fear of the unknown and unpredictable. The total openness to what each moment brings us leaves behind the resistance to what is and opens us to receive the lesson of our soul.
