Many times, to retrieve a piece, we must first remove it completely.
This was the case with this rack, whose pieces were misaligned and desizing.
To restore it, dismantle it piece by piece, and once separated, we use to clean and prepare the wood, treated against woodworm. After that, we dye and apply sealer.
with wood and list what was missing was the assembly of parts. So they proceeded to the union and fixation of the parts, gluing them with white glue and fasten them with clamps until dry.
Some union was reinforced with screws for added security.
Finally, the piece already assembled, finished with a wax finish.
