One of the most annoying parts of the FaceBook interface (at least for me) are chatting and "Simple magazine photos."
And it seems I'm not the only one who thinks so, because it can be found between a code.google.com projects plugin to add the Pidgin to chat from the same messenger.
If you use Debian or a derivative, the installation is very simple, just download and install dpkg. Once installed the configuration presents no mystery and its use is completely transparent.
